我已在标题简短的描述了我所遇到的问题
我已在 Issue Tracker 中寻找过我要提出的问题，但未找到相同的问题
我已在常见问题中寻找过我要提出的问题，并没有找到答案
这是 GUI 程序的问题，而不是内核程序的问题
我已经关闭所有杀毒软件/代理软件后测试过，问题依旧存在
我已经使用最新的测试版本测试过，问题依旧存在

发生问题 mihomo-party 版本

描述

如图，在DNS模块里面，开启自定义hosts并设置参数之后（左边框起来的部分），直接关闭自定义hosts（右边红框部分），hosts设置不会被清除，仍然有效，必须要先把左边表格里面的内容删掉才能恢复hosts设置

重现方式

先打开自定义hosts并且设置参数，测试生效，然后在关闭自定义hosts，之前的设置仍然生效
