Power Management is bad #7

Issues with power management. CPU Pkg is 1.7~2W on idle while CPU cores are 0.1W or less.

Causes could be numerous:

Nvme
unused PCIe devices

With:

Screen at 100%
Wifi On
BT On

I register:

On windows
- 4W total consumption on idle
- <1W in CPU PKG + CPU CORE on idle
On Linux (Arch)
- 5-6W total consumption on idle
- <1W in CPU PKG + CPU CORE on idle
On macOS
- 13W total consumption on idle
- ~3W in CPU PKG + CPU CORE on idle

on 60% brightness the screen consumes 1W, on 100% the screen consumes 5W (so better keep it at 60% or less).

Using NVMeFix did not help.

Any help is welcomed.
