[Package Issue]: Google.PlatformTools & Genymobile.scrcpy installation does not add path to environment automaticaly #151482

That's weird. Why wouldn't it do it for me? How did you install it? I did it like:

You are correct. I performed from an administrator terminal. Is that why? Links directory is added but I get the error anyway. |

Installation issue.
Brief description of your issue
As the title says. I get erros because of this. See attached screenshots.
Steps to reproduce
Google.PlatformTools
&Genymobile.scrcpy
.adb start-server
and you'll see this error:scrcpy

Expected behavior
Should run without any issue.
Note
Works when I manually add the path to environment PATH.
