Need a build folder in the new WDK package #41

The SDK package contains a build folder that allows CsWin32 to consume the winmd via the nupkg directly. But the WDK package is missing that.

Here's what the SDK package has:

C:\.TOOLS\.NUGET\PACKAGES\MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.SDK.WIN32METADATA\52.0.65-PREVIEW\BUILD
│   Microsoft.Windows.SDK.Win32Metadata.props

        Microsoft.Windows.SDK.Win32Metadata.props

Can the WDK package be enhanced to include that?
