Testing #8222.

  1. Open the terminal
  2. cd to a directory with around 100 entries or more (such as node_modules)
  3. run a ls -lasi
  4. scroll to the very top of the console output
  5. grap the top of the console to resize the pane
    -> console output disappears; console becomes unusable and needs to be closed
