It would be really great if we could list which VSCode plugins are required to be used with a project.
The plugins list could be located in .vscode folder in
plugins.json
next tosettings.json
etc.Plugins that need this feature are like this one: https://github.com/ExodiusStudios/vscode-comment-anchors
i.e. plugins that enhance code/comments intrepretation.
