This issue seems to be related to the regular title bar style (as opposed to the custom title bar style for Windows and Linux users, which might become the the default one for those platforms).

@sbatten added the mnemonics for the default title bar style in 7bca3fb (as an addition to my pull request). It looks like the &&-mnemonics selector is not working in that specific context.
