Show all language-specific values of a setting in a table #148674

Note to anyone voting on the issue: One potential issue with this feature is that more complex settings such as array or object settings might not render as nicely in tables. Another question to consider is how often as a user you would want to look at/configure all language-specific values for a setting at once. |

For showing detailed information about overrides we think that placing the information in a table format can allow for quick scanning and editing.
Also, another change we discussed was the search experience. For example, when searching for jsonc, we can have a link to configure settings which would then show all jsonc settings that have overrides.
