Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

At first when I launch my new instance a white screen flashes just before the window fully renders.

  • VS Code Version: 1.66.2
  • OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. At new instance launch

Can you provide a recording demonstrating the issue, it would help us understand the issue better. Also do you have a custom value set for "window.newWindowDimensions" setting ? Thanks!
