Bottom Panel Missing Maximize Icon #142215

This icon is only available when the Panel Alignment is "Center". This is configurable from the "Customize Layout..." option from the new "Configure Layout" button on the right-hand end of the title bar, or by running the command |
Similarly but different, I can easily maximize the bottom panel but I prefer my terminal on the right side and sometimes like to maximize it. Unfortunately the new side panel lacks the maximize button that it used to have pre EDIT: My point is mentioned in #141349 (comment). |

Issue Type: Bug
In 1.63 and prior versions, the panel had an icon that allowed you to quickly maximize it. That seems to be removed in 1.64. Or maybe there is a setting that I can't find that puts it back.
