Clicking recently-used connection while in "browse Azure" mode should change back to "parameters" mode #18108

Repro:

Open connection dialog
Make sure you have a connection showing up in the "recent connections" pane, but don't click it yet
Select "browse Azure" as the input mode
Click one of the connections in the recent connections pane

Expected:
Changes to "Parameters" input mode with selected connection's info filled out

Reality:
Stays on "browse Azure" input mode... but the selected connection's info is filled out once you change tabs.
