Also, fixing:

  • c23/gnu23/c++23/gnu23++ are incorrectly getting converted to c2x/gnu2x/c++2b/gnu++2b.

I get more clang-tidy warnings with 19 -- seems like they fixed some bugs that caused those warnings to not appear.
