Bug Summary and Steps to Reproduce

Bug Summary:

The following dialogue pops up randomly, sometimes after a save and other times after switching files or a workspace rescan. Sometimes a database reset helps prevent the popup, and other times a database reset does not prevent the popup. No functionality is lost after this popup, however it is very annoying and intrusive to constantly press "ignore" after the dialogue pops up.

Steps to reproduce:

Unfortunately there is no real way to reproduce this error; as stated above the dialogue pops up randomly and there's no real pattern or a series of steps to reproduce it. However, the majority of the times the bug happens after a save, after editing some code, after switching files, or a workspace rescan.

Expected behavior:

The extension does not quit unexpectedly, and does not produce a "cpptools-src quit unexpectedly" dialogue.

Other Extensions

The bug persists after having all other extensions disabled.

Additional context

This bug occurs in both projects as well as in single cpp files. Additionally, changing or even deleting the c_cpp_properties.json seems to have no effect on the bug.
