After switching to 1ES pipelines, we're running our nightly build pipeline and long running tests here on the server2022-microbuildVS2022-1es image from the VSEngSS-MicroBuild2022-1ES hosted pool, owned by the Micro Build team. This Windows image right now does not include Java or Ballerina, and we're still working with the Micro Build team to figure out what's the best way to have an image with Java installed. After this is sorted, we should re-enable Java and Ballerina long running tests that were disabled in #4209
