Description of the new feature/enhancement

PR #17858 Added MicaAlt support and it looks so good that Windows Terminal now looks like a more modern and beautiful PowerShell ISE if you use the default Windows dark theme. But if Windows Terminal loses focus, it becomes ugly again.

Maybe consider add an option to enable Mica only when Windows Terminal get focus, otherwise disable Mica to re-allow acrylic style.
