Follow up work item to #135

  • Write info files inside the git object root folders when cloning
  • Collect the files (across all git object roots in the local cache) in gvfs diagnose
  • Update functional tests to validate that there aren't multiple cache folders for the same repo (previously validated here:
    objectRootEntries.Length.ShouldEqual(1, $"Should be only one entry for repo url: {this.RepoUrl} mapping file content: {mappingFileContents}");
