Motivation

I have 2 points:

  1. Currently, I see that the QuickStart installation guide is just for those who install OpenPAI from scratch. That's would be confusing for those who want to install OpenPAI from an available Kuberentes cluster.
    I think we should add one more section in the Installation guide for those who wanna install OpenPAI from the available Kubernetes cluster and some prerequisites for this (such as: docker enabled iptables,... )
  2. Also I see that some third-party belong components like Grafana, Prometheus, Nginx... are using the old version. Should we take an upgrade for them? Is there any advice!?

Components that may involve changes:
Readme, quickstart Installation Guide, third-party components...
