Consider leverage Grafana to report alerts. Here already some plugins for this:
https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/11098
https://grafana.com/grafana/plugins/camptocamp-prometheus-alertmanager-datasource

Or we can create out customized dashboard if these don't meet our requirement,
