Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

The COE environment is using too much storage capacity. This is impacting the organization tenant as it is over capacity for Database storage.

Expected Behavior

The WebResourceBase Table is using 2.5 gig and AsyncOperation table is above 500mb
