SYNC HELPER - Apps is clearing the shared with count

• I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

We were overwriting user and editor count in the sync helper where it does not provide the verbose information we now store thanks to recent shared with improvements.
Whereas in the past having it write here did not have any negative impact, now it overwrites more precise data.
