Describe the issue

Some product behavior broke search. By default it wont show anything.
I managed to fix this for the opening screen of these apps but the rest of the screens still need fixed. Please investigate

1. Install latest creator kit
2. Get latest CoE unmanaged
3. Browse to Managed Permissions app (both app and flow)
4. Note that by default for orphan / owner choices, it shows blank till you enter serach string

NOTE : you have to test in the player itself (not from the Maker, it works there.
