Describe the issue

Orphaned Makers flows is getting throttled. We suspect that because this flow is failing this leads to inaccurate information in regards of flagging resources as orphaned.

Expected Behavior

Flow should run normally without throttling.

Actually with April Ive introduced a flow for updating Users so I can just remove this section!
