Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are some ideas for the Environment request process that could enhance the experience for both admins and users.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Adding the option to uplaod attachments to a Request (by user)

  2. Allow user to edit request after submitting & before it´s already implemented

  3. Allow admin to comment on the request for the user to see (e.g. missing details). This would only work if point 2 is also implemented.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Currently we´re manually gathering the Information if something is missing and save it.

  2. Contacting the user directly to clarify
