thanks for raising this! We're planning a re-design of the Set App / Flow Permissions apps in line with our new Fluent UX designs and Creator Kit components, so we'll fix this as part of that but will not invest in fixing that in the old apps.

After opening the Set App Permissions app and then when I select the Owner section, the following error banner appears:
The argument to the 'ColorValue' function does not represent a valid color value
