Is this repo still alive?

Last Nuget package was released in 2023. There is open issue #135 about problem that it is not possible to release packages with latest changes. That issue has no updates about any progress. It raises question. Is this repo still alive? What are plans for the future? Maybe it reached end of life state and need to be archived? @evachen96 maybe you could answer these questions. Thanks!
