Within TypeScript Playground when you press F2 (Refactor) multiple times the definition gets refactored multiple times and colour changed each time you press F2

I see the color of the highlight get darker on each press of F2 but I don't really see a bug there, the actual refactoring appears to work correctly each time. I do see some strange behavior with the multi cursor selection after using refactoring though.
