Keyboard Manager: A way to specify Volume Up/Dn speed would be nice. #9290

There are a few combinations I find it extremely useful.
win+pageUp: Volume Up.
win+pageDn: Volume Down.
win+end: mute toggle.

Currently Volume Up/Down can only move the volume by 2 unit. It's kind of slow. One more inputfield for us to specify the speed would be nice!

This would be part of KBM being able to execute commands / scripts. This would be tracked in #1556
