[FZ Editor] Adjust zone size/position via context menu

📝 Provide a description of the new feature

When in the FancyZones Editor, I would like to see a right-click context menu with options as noted below:

What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?

Right-click Context Menu:

• Center Horizontally - the zone would center on the horizontal axis
• Center Vertically - the zone would center on the vertical axis
• Size to Screen Height - the zone height would size to the screen height
• Size to Screen Width - the zone width would size to the screen width
• Custom - with input boxes for Width and Height
