[Shortcut Guide] Feature Request: Add PowerToys utility shortcuts to Shortcut Guide #6349

Was looking at the Shortcut Guide and realised that it would be super useful if it contained the key combinations set to access the enabled PowerToys utilities.
An example would be that I set PowerToys Run to Win+Shift+R. If that was then shown in the Shortcut Guide, I then don't have to open the Tray icon if I forget it.

Just closed #5424 with the exact same question

Shortcut Guide v2 will be very different from the current version #890 and will include shortcuts from other apps as well #129
