Summary of the new feature/enhancement

In a lot of linux window manager, you can drag and drop your windows with a hotkey (most of times win-key + mouse left click). So you don't need to click the window bar at the top. If i can configure this in fancyzones would be a nice addition to clone this behaviour. This would make the fancyzone to be a nice replacement for a real tiling window manager on windows (which doesn't works so well in my experiences).

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

I want to move around my window to set it into a zone with fancyzones, When i press a configured hotkey (for example win-key or ctrl+shift) and (left or right or middle mouse) click on the window, i can drag the corresponding window around and can place it in one of the zones. It should be possible to enable / disable the placement into the zones dynamically while i move the window around (like it is currently implemented with the shift-key)

Thank you and have a great day.
