Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add an option to move windows without activating them.

Add a shortcut key to quickly move windows.

Scenario when this would be used?

After the monitor wakes up from sleep mode, all windows are resized to the upper left corner.

@gmvp3 can you try selecting the "Move existing windows" option in the Workspaces editor, and then when the windows are improperly positioned after sleep mode, launching the same workspace should move the windows back to the correct positions (in theory)

Having used the function to move existing windows, it sometimes opens programs that haven't been started yet, and it doesn't work for some programs. Some programs display a login window first before opening the user interface, and at this time it seems that the window cannot be moved, so I manually open the program.
Also, sometimes I don't want to use programs that are not started yet; I just want to move the windows that are already open back to their original positions.
