Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add a clock to chime every hour / minute

Scenario when this would be used?

It can be used to users to remind every hour to set something, like drink water every hour or every 30 minutes...etc.

What you want is an alarm clock. I've never used it, but I think Windows has a native alarm clock. See if it works well for you

@bergamin is right, Windows has a Clock app that includes timers and alarms that can do what you've described. Going to close this out :)
