Keyboard Manager Remap a shortcut - Insert date/ time/ in text

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Date/ time in a certain format is one of the common texts we use frequently. Some software may have internal shortcut to achieve that, but a global windows level shortcut (achieved by remapping a shortcut will be fantastic).
We allow preferred keyboard mapping such as Ctrl + Shift + D to map to a template which includes date/time components.

• "{yyyy-MM-dd}"
• "Filedate_{MM/dd/yy}"
• "Journal entry for {dd MMM yyyy} on {HH:MM}"

Scenario when this would be used?

1. I want all my file name to start with date in (yyyy-MM-dd) format. When creating/ renaming a file, I can press a shortcut to insert the date component.
2. I write journal and I can configure a shortcut to have header with date and time.
