hotkey to move a window

Description of the new feature / enhancement

with more and more apps using the upper most part of a window, its harder and harder to find a spot to grab a window to move it.
firefox for example, the tabs now take the top space, only a small amount of space exists between the tabs and the minimise button so that the window can be clicked and moved.

a hotkey combination + left click could be a perfect way to quickly move windows.
this would also solve those issues when the header of the window is off screen

Scenario when this would be used?

to quickly move windows without trying to find a spot on the window header to move it.
sometimes applications also remove the move option from the task bar
