Steps to reproduce

Win11 V22H2, build 22621.1848, enable peek, create a PowerPoint, and attempt to 'peek' at the PowerPoint from the file explorer.

✔️ Expected Behavior

show me a preview of the first slide, maybe have arrows to flick through slides.
I haven't seen what it's supposed to look like so I'm guessing here.

❌ Actual Behavior

The peek window says, "An error occurred while previewing this file" and a bug report button takes you to the form I filled in to make this report.
