Steps to reproduce

Use any FancyZones layout with a high-contrast wallpaper. Not necessary but helps to see the issue

✔️ Expected Behavior

FancyZones with 0px space around zones should fill the desktop area.

❌ Actual Behavior

FancyZones with 0px space around zones show about 1-2px of bleed-through from the wallpaper underneath

The background wallpaper used is a starfield, so the small white dots of the stars bleeding through are quite noticeable.
