Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be great to show the most used keyboard shortcuts for the currently active application (and not just Windows in general).

Scenario when this would be used?

It is difficult to remember all the useful shortcuts for an application, especially if we learn a new tool, we relearn it after a while or we switch between applications regularly.

Shortcut Guide could become an excellent learning tool for many applications and it would increase the productivity significantly.

I would definitely use it when I switch between Visual Studio. IntelliJ IDEA, Photoshop, Discord, Firefox etc. because although I love keyboard shortcuts, sometimes I still get confused what keyboard shortcuts are used in which of them.

The same is true for PC games: sometimes it is confusing and difficult to remember what keybindings each game has.

Supporting information

I would recommend to generate anonymous statistics about the keyboard shortcut usage of the most popular applications and use that as a starting point to build the list of the best, most useful keyboard shortcuts per application. This way the Shortcut Guide could teach us the best keyboard shortcuts that many people find useful.

I would also add a small feature that would hide the shortcuts that the current user uses regularly, so he/she clearly already knows it. It would be also great to continuously show this dynamic list of keyboard shortcuts on a secondary screen (or even a phone/tablet), if those are valid options on the system.
