[PT Run] Not working at startup #19146

Microsoft PowerToys version

0.59.1

Running as admin

PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

At Startup, the PowerToys Run does not work ( Pressing Alt + Space does nothing ).

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys Run opens.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys Run does not open.
After startup, if i open PowerToys by double-clicking the task on system tray it starts working as intended.

The program plugin is taking quite a bit to startup:
