hold alt and click on a window to move it around. or right click to resize

Scenario when this would be used?

Any time you need to move a window you need to go grab the 20 pixels that are the top of the window, what if you could just click anywhere on the window to move it.
Moving a window is a usecase for every user of a muse/windowed user interface

There is a tool that does this for windows: https://stefansundin.github.io/altdrag/ which does a phenomenal job, the only thing it doesn't do is integrate with Fancy Zones.

I'd like either altdrag to work with fancyzones or powertoys to integrate it themselves so it isn't a second app
