Some keyboards have Action Center key, The key combination of this OEM key is Win(Left)+Alt(Left)+Shift(Left)+F21. If I modify this key combination to other key combination, PowerToys UI tells me key shortcuts can only contain 2 modification keys. But if I modify "%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\PowerToys\Keyboard Manager\default.json" manually, change originalKeys to 91;164;160;132 which means Win(Left)+Alt(Left)+Shift(Left)+F21, it works, but if I save other key shortcuts in PowerToys UI, the save action destroys the config again.
Scenario when this would be used?
PowerToys UI, allow adding 3 modification keys in UI rather than 2 keys.
