Description of the new feature / enhancement

Saving the cliboard content (text or image) to a new file if pasted in Explorer. A feature like discussed at superuser would lead to great benefits for power users.

Scenario when this would be used?

Quite often, power users copy screenshots or text content to the clip board. It is not possible to save this content to a file just by pasting it (CTRL + V) in the explorer. It is required to open paint or a text editor, paste the content and save it as file.
A great power feature would be saving the clipboard content to a new file directly in the Explorer.

This could perhaps be done by monitoring the clipboard and when a known format is copied, replace the clipboard content with the same content + CFSTR_FILEDESCRIPTOR etc.
