Description of the new feature / enhancement

For example everytime i press ctrl+4 i can paste a personalized text (each time the same text).

Scenario when this would be used?

It could be useful for example in every ticket management or service office where you have to answer or open lot of tickets with a standard expression or text, but also in many other field.
