PT Run - doesn't understand/find several system commands (*.msc) (IE device manager)

Steps to reproduce

Run as User;
Try to invoke 'services.msc' or 'gpedit.msc', and you'll get web-searches as results.

Run as Admin:
Try to invoke 'services.msc' or 'gpedit.msc', and you'll get web-searches as primary results, with some odd search-indexed ones at the bottom. This changes later results when run as User too.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Show, and launch the proper expected tool for given *.msc. As it would be from the old school 'Run'-command

Same issue for gpedit.msc

For workaround, try typing >services.msc or >gpedit.msc

I don''t know if it's because of Windows Search being the engine behind it all. But why is a webpage the first result? In what scenario would I want a website to take precedent over a local program/service?!

In the spirit of being constructive here, and not just to whine about it being broken. There should be a clearly defined, and preferably user sortable list in regards to prioritizations. Especially when I'm clearly not using a common web-adress format (www, http(s), etc etc).

And what's so especially weird, is that it'll actually do a decent job of finding the right thing, untill you add the .msc extension. That just breaks it completely.

Right now, the only proper workaround is to not activate PowerToys Run at all.

Thanks for reporting this @cloudrootab. @franky920920 's suggestion of using the > operator to activate the shell plugin does address the issue of not being able to run system commands, but I agree the indexer could do a better job of recognizing the .msc extension. I'll log this for our general stability milestone and follow up with our team to set prioritization.
