FancyZones feature request: Different Zone Layouts on multi-monitor setups

Hi,

love fancyzones. I have 3 monitors at 3840 x 2160. I would love to have 3 fancy zones layouts, a different one for each montor.
left: 3 horizontal zones
center: 5 zones focus
right: 4 quadrant zones

Would you consider adding this?

Also in the custom layout creator, could you add snaps for
horizontal and vertical snaps at 1/2 of screen, 1/3, 2/3 of screen?
If two zones touch, they could be sticky, eg. if I move the line, both zones resize.

top ask -> you can do that right now. we need to improve the findability for multi-mon support. Have your mouse in what monitor you want and type WinKey+~ (same idea launching editor via settings)

for 2nd ask, can you create a new issue? think we would need to unpack the ask there a bit

Tried few time, in laptop screen also a HDMI connected screen. After click apply then a flash of the frames, and gone.
Hope get help.
