Description of the issue

There is a bug (redhat-developer/vscode-yaml#1096) with the v1.16.0 release of the vscode-yaml extension. PSRule depends on this extension for syntax completion and validation of options (ps-rule.yaml) and resources files (.Rule.yaml) using a JSON schema.

We recommend that you rollback to v1.15.0 of the extension by choosing Install Specific Version.... To prevent the extension automatically upgrading to v1.16.0 on the next check for update, also consider unticking the Auto Update option for this extenstion.
