Not able to receive sms OTP on Twilio number.

Twilio account setup is done. Able to send text message from Twilio number to another number but not receiving SMS OTP on Twilio number. Getting error 30038 for the same.

Twilio filters out OTP messages to prevent abuse. It's very frustrating how poorly described it is to end users, but they have information about the error code here: https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/errors/30038
It's Twilio's fault, not this application's.
