Possible breaking change in ApplicationInsightsServiceOptions in 2.12

The followed introduced a new way to Disable any of the built-in telemetry modules.

Addressed this:microsoft/ApplicationInsights-aspnetcore#988

This may be considered breaking change, as the old way of removing telemetry modules will no longer work. Keeping an issue open to support the new api, without breaking existing customers. This must be addressed in 2.12, else the original change must be reverted.
