I had the latest .\iotprovision-bin.exe, because my browser didn't trust the link. The latest version --force is not a correct option. I had to guess what you were trying to do with --force. The --force cloudformation option really threw me for a loop, as I was trying to figure out what the heck that was about.

Also, I "think" iotprovision-bin.exe reset my wifi settings. I had to rerun the command with correct wifi settings.
