Test should really run some JS unit tests
Integration test phase (possibly in parallel with unit)
Rollout should be one region first, and then check for cloudwatch latency/error increase
Parallel rollout to multiple regions with a post/failure - which rolls back to previous version (somehow?? not sure, need previous commit somehow... some state).
