For example:

new TimeSpan(...) and overloads
TimeSpan.FromTicks
TimeSpan.FromMilliseconds
TimeSpan.FromSeconds
TimeSpan.FromMinutes
TimeSpan.FromHours
TimeSpan.FromDays

This would allow us to use data in a record to perform a calculation, for example:

table.Select(r => new {
  Id => r.Id,
  ExpireAt => r.CreatedAt + TimeSpan.FromDays(r.ExpireInDays)
})
